If you are a couch potato, you might not want to tell anyone…and least not someone you are just meeting. A study by the Journal of Sport and Exercise Psychology asked men and women what they thought about people who don’t exercise…here are the results:

The people who took the survey thought that those who exercised were harder workers, had more confidence, and had more self-control than people who didn’t exercise.

They also thought that people who didn’t exercise had fewer friends, where cowardly, unhappy, dumb, unsocial, messy, and non-friendly
